Verna Orene Kelley

Verna Orene Huff Kelley, 94, of Batesville died Sunday, September 2, 2018. She was born June 24, 1924 at Batesville, Arkansas to Franklin Featherston and Magetta Arnold Huff. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Drexel Lee Kelley; and two brothers, William Lee Qualls, and Austin J.R. Huff.

Survivors include one son, Dusty Lee Kelley of Batesville; two daughters, Sheila Omega Kelley of Batesville, and Dolores Ruth James (Dan) of Antioch, California; two grandchildren, Dustin Kelley James (Kamaryn) and Jeanine Marie Pells (David) both of Oakley, California; seven great-grandchildren, Tanner, Kaylee, and Spencer James, Aidan, Alexis, Araina, and Annaleise Pells; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Friday, September 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Batesville with Bro. Dan James officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.
