Wanda Ring

  Wanda Ring, 98 of Little Rock went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 29, 2019. She was born September 21, 1920 in Poughkeepsie, AR to Samuel and Susie Bishop.

   Wanda retired from Little Rock Manufacturing Company. She loved to travel and was able to visit 47 states, Canada and the Caribbean. She also loved dancing, music, quilting and spending time with family & friends. Her sweet smile and cheery disposition will be missed by many.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Otho Ring; sisters, Effie Thurman, Verlie Hinchman and Freda Spangler and great-grandson Andrew Ring. 

 Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jim Ring (Linda), Del Ring (Sandra), LaGail Branham (Paul); grandchildren, Lisa Long, Chris Ring, Stacey Howat, Mark Ring, John Baldwin, Denise McDorman, David Baldwin, Teresa Morgan, Jason Branham and Amber Wolf; 21 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

 A visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 10:00 a.m. at the Sandstone Church of Christ in Little Rock where she was a member for many years.  Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Evening Shade Cemetery in Evening Shade, AR. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Pallbearers will be Chris Ring, Mark Ring Sr., John Baldwin, Mark Ring Jr., Austin Ring and Heath Ring.

Honorary pallbearer is Andrew Ring.
