Willene St. John, 81 of Batesville died Thursday, March 7, 2019. She was born, December 20, 1937 at Cave City, Arkansas to Ruel and Ermil Christenberry Blevins. She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, J.R. Blevins and sister, Faye Robinson.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Sanford St. John of the home; sons, Dennis St. John (Barbara) of Marcella and Danny St. John (Diann) of Batesville; daughter, Debra Graham of Batesville; brothers, Gerald Blevins (Maxine) of Batesville and Carl Blevins (Peggy) of Hayti, Missouri; sisters, Joyce Blevins and Leda May Treadway both of Batesville; and Sherry Rounds of McHue; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Larry Sellers officiating. Interment will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville.
Visitation will be Friday, March 8, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be William “Wig” Wells, Johnny Coles, Michael St, John, Shannon Rounds, Brandon Woods and Arthur Montgomery.
Honorary pallbearers Rick Elumbaugh, Abe Garcia, Marty Thompson, Pat Lea and Steve Bell.
