William Lacey Hymans

William Lacey Hymans, 72, of Cave City, Arkansas passed away August 4, 2024 in Cave City. He was born August 16, 1951 in Florence, Alabama to William and Daphine Leopard Hymans. He was a custodian and bus driver for the Mississippi county school district for over thirty years, and a member of Aapostolic Pentecostal church.

He enjoyed his family, grandkids, Elvis Presley, fishing, and old westerns.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Daphine Leopard Hymans; his step mother, Joyce Hymans; one son in law, Jonathan Perkins; one sister, Mary Ann Malone; and his mother in law, Mrytle “Momma” Kelton.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Shirley Hymans of the home; three sons, William B. , Andrew (Sara), and Steven D. ; two daughters, Carolyn (Jason) and Cheryl (Parker); two brothers, Bobby Hymans and Billy Ray; one sister, Ann Mazariegos; four grandsons, Johnathan, Aaron, Travis, and Anthony; seven granddaughters, Ashley, Payton, Missy, Kayla, Jackie, Andrea, and Lilliann; seven great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
