Winford L. Holland

Winford L. Holland, 82 of Cave City passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024 in Cave City. He was born July 3, 1942 in Strawberry to Clede and Zela (Dobbs) Holland. He was a cattle farmer, a Christian and served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed working on the family farm, helping others, hunting, fishing, and he loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Buford Holland.

Survivors include two aunts; Juanita Smithee of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Isabelle Ring of Batesville; along with numerous cousins.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 28th, 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glen McKay officiating. Burial will follow in the Milligan Campground Cemetery.

Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will begin Saturday, September 28th from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Smith, David Ring, Bobby Smithee, Mark Jensen, Duane Satterfield and Caleb McNail.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Smith, Dennis Satterfield, Jerry Turner, Tommy Turner, Nickey Ring, Mike Dodd, Steve Grady and employees of the Cave City Nursing Home.
